Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.

Eligibility for Return: Products may only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended.

Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
